  • Aura Salon & Spa maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or in the event of a no-call/no-show, the full service amount will be charged to the card on file or to the guest's hotel room. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to best serve all of our clients.

  • Yes. At the time of booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment slot. This deposit is non-refundable from the point of booking.

  • To book a spa party, please give us a call at 609-270-4550. We offer group deals and discounts for parties of 4 or more guests. Our team will help coordinate services, timing, and any special requests to make your event seamless.

  • We are located on the 2nd Floor of the Bourbon Tower at Showboat Hotel. For easy access, take the elevators right across from the race cars. Once you exit the elevators on the 2nd floor, make a left and go straight down the hall — you'll find Aura Salon & Spa.

  • Yes! We are partnered with Blissful Bubbles and have a catering menu available upon request. We can set up the catering right in the spa for your party, and we offer special discounts for groups of 4 or more guests.

  • Our spa features a steam room, sauna, showers, and a locker area. A day pass is $20 per person, but access to the steam room, sauna, and lockers is complimentary with a full facial or massage treatment (excludes express services).

  • Item Ideally, you can come in a bathing suit to use the steam room and sauna area. We provide a locker, robe, towel, and slippers for your visit. While in the spa, you are required to be clothed in at least a bathing suit. We have separate men's and women's sides for your comfort and privacy.

  • When you arrive, we'll provide you with a locker, robe, towel, and slippers to change into for your massage. You may keep your undergarments on or undress to your level of comfort — whatever you prefer. Please note: any inappropriate behavior toward our service providers will result in immediate cancellation of your service.

  • Gratuity is not included in the price of service. A 20% tip is industry standard and always appreciated.

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to receive a massage. For facials, guests must be 15 or older.

  • We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards. Room charges and pay-later options are not accepted.
